1.  When will I receive my Chamber Chiller?
   
   Orders ship in 1-3 business days
   
   
2. Do you offer expedited shipping?
   
   No. We only offer USPS Priority and First Class shipping.
   
   
3. Do you ship your products outside of the United States?
   
   No. We only ship to the United States at this time.
   
   
4.  Where are your products made?
   
   The electronic components manufactured in China. The nozzles and USB boxes are manufactured in the USA. Every unit is assembled by hand in the USA.
   
   
5. What is your warranty policy?
   
   We offer a 1 year warranty on each unit that covers electronics and manufacturer defects. 
   
   
6. Why did you make the Chamber Chiller?
   
   We tested other products, and were able to make a quieter chamber and barrel cooler with more air flow that uses common batteries.
   
   
7. Why should I use a Chamber Chiller barrel cooler?
   
   Use a cooler because an overheated barrel and chamber reduces accuracy, increases pressure and speeds throat erosion.
   
   
8. If I buy the smallest Chamber Chiller (OMEGA), would it also fit my big bore guns?
   
   Yes but it won't be as efficient because the nozzle is skinnier and the nozzle may not seat against the edge of your chamber properly.
   
   
9. I don’t see my cartridge listed on the nozzle/ejection port compatibility page. How will I know which model to buy?
   
   Contact us with the cartridge rim measurement, as it likely fits within one of the listed nozzle dimensions.
   
   
10.  I have a lever action rifle. Will Chamber Chiller fit?
    
    Chamber Chiller has been designed to fit rifles with an open chamber ejection port. It may or may not fit lever action rifles.

Less frequently asked questions about the Chamber Chiller barrel cooler

Q: Will Chamber Chiller’s fan nozzle scratch my chamber?

A: No it will not, as the entire product is made of hard plastic designed not to blemish rifle finishes.

Q: Aren’t you worried that the plastic nozzle will melt or deform in my chamber?

A: No, I’m not. If the correct model is used, the nozzle only touches the entry edge of the chamber, which is typically much cooler.

Q: Why don’t you include batteries with each shipment?

Q: Are there any known issues with certain batteries?

A: Users have reported problems when using Duracell Quantum batteries, and lithium or enhanced cells. Please use regular alkaline batteries.

Q: How long will it take to cool my barrel?

A: Chamber Chiller typically cools the barrel more than twice as fast as without any additional cooling.

Q: Is there any way to make Chamber Chiller cool the barrel even faster?

A: Yes. Using Chamber Chiller in an air-conditioned space can accelerate the cooling-down process.

Q: How long do the batteries last?

A: It depends on your use but in general, more than three hours of continuous-on use, or nearly five hours with 15-minute use.

Q: Do you offer coupon codes that will get me a discounted price?

A: Promotional coupon codes are occasionally offered for special events or gun club purchases.

Q: Why do you accept payment through PayPal, aren’t they anti-gun?

A: PayPal prohibits firearm sales with their service because of screening requirements. I’m only selling fans.

Q: Will you ship Chamber Chiller to a destination outside the USA?

A: No. Firearm accessories cannot be exported outside the USA, and shipping is also cost prohibitive.

Q: Is there any difference between your early samples and later versions?

A: The glue has changed many times. The nozzle and other component designs are constantly being improved. The nozzle materials have changed to make them more durable. We are always evaluating new materials. Products sold after June 2017 use higher quality fan with much greater output.

Q: I purchased a Chamber Chiller but it doesn’t fit right. Will you help?

A: Yes! Please contact me, and I’ll swap out units to get the proper fit in your rifle at no extra cost.
